Mr. Ajayakumar is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in various fields, with the last 15 years being spent in Senior Managerial positions in the areas of Sales and Administration. Ajayakumar holds a Bachelors Degree in Chemistry from the University of Kerala and is a trained travel agent. Starting his career in Harrisons Malayalam estates, and being put through an rigorous training program. Ajayakumar has also served in various Managerial capacities in KSA and UAE. Following a short stint as Sales and Administration Manager, at Kerala Travels Cochin, Ajayakumar also managed the Duty Free Shops of Fujairah Airport and Seaport and served as the Operations Manager for Royal Beach Resorts & Holiday Beach Resort at Dibba, Fujairah. At Travel 3C, Ajayakumar, leads the company in this endeavor by spearheading the Sales and Administration operations .

Mr. Shiju Thomas is a business professional in the Telecom Industry based in Kuwait. With over 13 years of experience, Shiju is a graduate in Science, and also holds a Masters degree in Business Administration, and is also a Member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply, UK. Shiju Is certified by IATA in Airline Marketing. A major portion of Shiju's professional experience is in procurement, having developed and implemented managerial policies and processes which have lead to major improvements in operational efficiency. Shiju is now closely associated with a Canadian based software company to market their telecom products in the Indian and GCC markets. Shiju joins Travel 3C as an investor, sharing the vision of its directors and founding members in bringing about a change in the way the travel industry operates.
